Monika Mugg, CFP®

Monika is a Partner at Evoke Advisors. Monika has been advising wealthy families and institutional investors since 2005, beginning her financial services career at Merrill Lynch in the Private Banking and Investment Group. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, she served as a Manager at Accenture, a global management consulting firm, where she collaborated with senior executives to develop and implement strategic programs for technology companies. In 2008, Monika helped launch Luminous Capital. She joined First Republic as a wealth manager through its acquisition of Luminous Capital in 2012.

Monika received a BA in economics with a minor in accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). A Certified Financial Planner™, she earned her Certificate in Personal Financial Planning, with distinction, from UCLA Extension. She is a member and current Board Member of the Manhattan-Hermosa chapter of National Charity League. Monika is also involved in the National Multiple Sclerosis Society where her husband serves on the Board of Trustees for the Southern California Chapter. She lives in Manhattan Beach with her husband and two children.
